Hello all,
Today's Prompt for Day 17 of 31 DC 2016 is 'Glitter'. For this mani I used nail vinyls and loose glitter from local market. The base is two coats of LYN Tulip with top coat. Then I placed Snail vinyls on my nails and sprinkled some glitter over my nails. Finally I applied another coat of Glisten & Glow top coat. You can see my video tutorial at the end of the post..
