Zoya Charming Collection - Spring 2017 Review and Swatches

Hello friends
The spring season has already started and with it the wait for this year's Zoya's Spring Collection is finally over! This year it is called 'Charming' and so it truly is- 6 awesome shades having that spring-like feeling, three of them are cream polishes and three have micro glitters that shimmer beautifully.
This collection also has three Zoya lipsticks, Violette, Brooke and Belle, out of which two of which are already introduced and one is a new lipstick.

The formula is comfortable to work with, especially of three creams, the shimmery ones might feel a little sheer but good opacity can be achieved in two coats. The pics below are with two coats of polishes and a coat of Glisten and Glow top coat. So lets start with the review:

First is Zoya Jordan. Described by Zoya as "Jordan by Zoya can be best described as a soft blossom pink cream." It is a soft pastel pink which is one of the most essential colors of a spring collection.

Next is Zoya Abby. "Abby by Zoya can be best described as a light lavender cream." It is a pastel purple with a violet undertone.

Then comes Zoya Tina. "Tina by Zoya can be best described as a medium amethyst cream." It looks like a slightly darker version of Zoya Abby which has a greater amount of purple and looks amazing on dark skin tones.

The first shimmer is Zoya Millie. "Millie by Zoya can be best described as a dewy violet micro-sparkle." A dark purple shade with silver micro glitters which give it a subtle fluid like effect.

Next is Zoya Lacey. "Lacey by Zoya can be best described as a light dewy green micro-sparkle." A pastel green shade with greyish undertone and silver micro sparkle.

Last but on the least, we have Zoya Amira. "Amira by Zoya can be best described as a soft dewy blue micro-sparkle." It is the blue version of Zoya Lacey, looks good on light skin tone.

So if you're a true fan of spring collections, this collection is just made for you. Along with the Zoya Lippies with this collection, you'll be ready to rock this spring season!

You can get your Charming collection here. Each 15ml bottle costs 10$ and lippies for 12$ each.

That's it about the new Zoya Charming Spring 2017 Collection. I hope you like this review. What do you think about this collection? Comment!☺

P.S. This post is based on my 100% honest opinion and the products were sent to me for review by ZOYA.

The Digit-al Dozen March Birthday Manicure

Hello all
Its time for The Digital Dozen March birthday manicure but believe me this time it is something special. Instead of doing our birthday manis the usual way, we decided to change the theme a bit for one of our members who had a baby this month (congrats Amber!), and the fun part is - we planned all of this without giving her a hint!

Parrot Polish Welcome to the Jungle Review and Swatches

Hi friends,
Here I am with my new Parrot Polish neon collection 'Welcome to the Jungle'. These are some extraordinary neons because they not only are awesome neons, but they are great for water marbles(see my previous post) and they stamp too! These polishes shine bright in sunlight and cameras can capture the effect very easily- these are so bright that they actually make your skin look a little dark. They don't lose their brightness even after a water marble.

They don't have your usual matte or gloss finish but have a unique satin or semi-matte effect. I haven't used any topcoat in the following pics so that the satin effect can be observed. They also have very subtle shimmer in them that can't be captured easily in my camera.

The pics below have been clicked with two coats of polish and no top coat and in natural daylight. No basecoat either because they are quite opaque by themselves. I have also stamped the image from BM-S165 to show how perfectly they stamp. The gradient stamping is from Lina 4 Season Autumn-01. Have a look:

The Digital Dozen : Redoes Art : Day 4

Hi buddies
Thank you for such a great response on my previous post! For the fourth day I have selected something very special to me, it is a tree made by my younger son using pistachio shells. He tried his level best to create something good out of waste material and I really likes his creativity, so I tried my level best to recreate it. I have used some sesame seeds which I painted green to replace the pistachio shells. I have also tried the amazing Parrot Polish solar color changing nail polish. Its truly mesmerising. The effect is so quick and strong and the transition takes place in few seconds! I'll be posting a review for the same along with some other Parrot Polishes David sent me(thanks David!)

The Digital Dozen : Redoes Art : Day 3

Hello friends,
for the day 3 of 'The Digital Dozen : Redoes Art' theme, I chose to recreate my own mani, which I did when I was just a beginner to this amazing world of nail art. I got a lot of appreciation for this mani and people liked it very much. Those days glitter was in fashion so I used glitter in my Peacock nail art but now as different chrome powders are in trend I'm using Ostar Chrome Powder in my nail art.
