ZOYA MATTE VELVET REVIEW AND SWATCHES

Hi friends! Today is a very special day for me because my hubby gifted me “THE LONG AWAITED” Zoya Matte Velvet Collection. These polishes are very special to me cuz they are the first matte polishes I ever saw in my life… Its like a dream come true. Ever since I started with nail art I wanted to buy one of these and today I FINALLY got them. Cant believe my eyes! Yippieeeeeeee…

About ZOYA Matte Velvet:

All 6 polishes are easy to apply and generally need 1 to 2 coats only. I didn’t face any problem applying them except the loredana because it’s a little thick compared to the other 5. Need not to worry about drying cuz they dry pretty fast. Because of their matte nature, some of them might chip if the coat is too thick. All 6 colors are with a little silvery shimmer which add a grace to the matte finish.

Harlow is a rosy pink shade with silvery shimmer and I can say my personal favorite..

Dovima is an elegant-greyish black shade with a pure matte finish. Looks great..

Loredana can be termed as dovima’s relative but feels a little faded to me..

Veruschka is dark emerald green shade with silvery shimmer. Good matte finish..

Last but not the least.. Savita:

Savita is the brightest (and a little glossier) of all 6 and the shimmer here add to the little extra ‘wow’ to the purple shade…

So at last I would say that for a matte fan like me, this collection is a ‘must have’. I would even say that this collection is capable of transforming a matte-disliker into a matte-liker. So check them out yourselves here for $9 each.
